The book review of Transnational Food Security edited by Webster, Gupta and Ambros and published by Routledge offers the opportunity to deeply reflect on the meaning of two key concepts characterizing the vast debate on transnational food law: food security and food sovereignty. The modern and urgent challenge of availability and accessibility of food for all is analyzed in its relationship with environment, trade, and finance as well as human rights’ protection and equality.
