Estudio jurídico del hórreo "tipo asturiano"

Se analiza jurídicamente el hórreo asturiano y los diferentes usos del mismo a partir de documentación actual e histórica, con abundante Jurisprudencia y Doctrina en cada uno de los epígrafes en que se estructura. La reciente constitución de la “Mesa del Hórreo” por parte de la Consejería de Cultura, Política Lingüística y Turismo desembocará en una modificación de la normativa específica del hórreo que al menos debería regular las características jurídicas que aquí se plantean: su vinculación a la casería, la propiedad del suelo y del vuelo, su accesión, el condominio, su clasificación como bien mueble o inmueble, la normativa de protección y finalmente su afectación al pago del Impuesto de Bienes Inmuebles. The Asturian granary and the different uses of it are legally analyzed based on current and historical documentation, with abundant Jurisprudence and Doctrine in each of the sections in which it is structured. The recent creation of the “Mesa del Hórreo” by the “Consejería de Cultura, Política Lingüística y Turismo” will lead to a modification of the specific regulations of the “hórreo” that should at least regulate the legal characteristics that are raised here: its link to the homestead, the property of the land and the flight, its accession, the condominium, its classification as movable or immovable property, the protection regulations and finally the payment of the Real Estate Tax.
