This work analyzes the configuration of the religion clauses included in the First Amendment to the U.S. constitution and its relation to the freedom of speech and constitutional privacy protection. The approach of this work is based on the prevalent position of the neutrality principle in U.S. Constitutional Law as the interpretative foundation for these clauses.

This work analyzes the configuration of the religion clauses included in the First Amendment to the U.S. constitution and its relation to the freedom of speech and constitutional privacy protection. The approach of this work is based on the prevalent position of the neutrality principle in U.S. Constitutional Law as the interpretative foundation for these clauses.
