Renacimiento y miseria de la historia constitucional

El renacer de la historia constitucional en la España el siglo XXI ha venido promovido en buena parte por la conmemoración del bicentenario de las Cortes de Cádiz y la Cons-titución de 1812, pero también por la eclosión del problema de la articulación territorial, lo que ha reanimado el estudio de las instituciones representativas en las antiguas comu-nidades forales. Además de examinar la producción historiográfica en lo que llevamos de siglo, se exponen también los perjuicios que causan las malas prácticas de los investiga-dores menos respetuosos con la propiedad intelectual.

The rebirth of the constitutional history in 21st century Spain has been promoted by the commemoration of the bicentennial of Cadiz Courts and the Constitution of 1812, but also by the emergence of the territorial organization problem, which has revived the study of the representative institutions in the former communities holding the status of “fueros”. Apart from examining the historiographic production throughout this century, we also present the damages caused by the bad practices of researchers that are less re-spectful towards intellectual property.
