La inscripción de la Sociedad Civil en el Registro Mercantil: una nueva norma y un viejo problema
La Ley 18/2022 conocida como “Crea y Crece” tiene como objetivo según su Exposición de Motivos “facilitar la creación de nuevas empresas” reducir sus barreras regulatorias y administrativas fortalecer la resiliencia de nuestras empresas. Por eso resulta un misterio que para la sociedad civil introduzca una nueva barrera el trámite formal de su inscripción en el Registro Mercantil.
According to its Preamble the aim of Law 18/2022 known as "Create and Grow" is "to facilitate the creation of new businesses" to reduce the regulatory and administrative barriers involved and to strengthen the resilience of Spanish companies. For this reason it is a mystery why it has added a new barrier for civil society the formal process involved in registration in the Register of Companies.
