Podría decirse que, tras el derrumbamiento del antiguo Reich, su idea renace y se pervierte, se concreta de nuevo, arde y se consume hasta la dispersión final de sus cenizas.
The author goes through the mutations of meaning undergone by the term "Reich", from the fall of the Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation in 1806 up to the present day. It could be said that, subsequent to the collapse of the old Reich, the idea is reborn and perverted, becomes concrete once more and goes up in flames with the ultimate scattering of its ashes.
